Below is an approximate itinerary, created to give enough time for learning and experimentation as well as personal reflection and time of nurturing. Schedule may change with daily experiential demonstrations, how the group feels, or what-ever the moment presents.

7am - 8am Basic Yoga and meditation
8:15am Begin preparing breakfast
8:45am breakfast time (approximate J)
9:45 am Opening Circle
10am First Lecture
11:30am Break
11:45am Second Lecture
1:15 Break, prepare Lunch
2pm - 4pm Lunch and open time to digest information, walk in nature, personal time.
4pm - 5pm Short restorative yoga session
5:15 - 6:15 Lecture
6:15 Prepare dinner
7pm - 8pm Deliciously prepared dinner
9pm - 10pm Open Discussion, question and answers, stories.
10pm Free time, sleepy time
