The profound affects of yoga ripples across all facets of our daily life and takes us gently to an awareness where we may now begin to be active, conscious participants of the “Great Partnership” of Life. Yoga asanas (postures) are only a small fragment of what is known as Yoga. So small in fact, it is only mentioned three times within the most sacred and revered book on yoga called the Yoga Sutras. Inner silence Studio offers a traditional integration of yoga asanas and the deeper facets of Yoga to assist you in amplifying your practice outside the studio and into everyday life thereby empowering you to be a co-creator in the Greater Partnership.

With the many forms and new branches of Yoga, the questions comes What is the best practice for us individually? We are all our own unique composition of qualities--qualities of mind, attention, body, and awareness. And these qualities are always within a constant state of change. Ayurveda and Yoga go hand in hand and are One Science, One practice. Understanding your Ayurveda constitution and the proper yoga postures for your unique constitution empowers you to sustain your own balance through not only your practice or your day, but through the seasons and many changes within your life. Yoga is Union, and to find Union we must be able to listen within each moment for what is the highest good of this moment.
