Ayurveda focuses on preventive medicine and how your health is a participatory process rather than a temporary state.
These are individualized sessions to help guide you with diet, health, appropriate forms of yoga, exercise and meditations. They're designed to help you take the reins of the elements which effect you by educating you about what foods are good for your Ayurvedic body type, what type of daily routines as well as periodic cleansing programs will sustain your equilibrium and so on. They cater to your interest but also include factors of daily living as a whole.
A session can also help you address any specific health issues such as insomnia, IBS, anxiety, constipation/diarrhea, to hypothyroidism and so on.
First Session 90 minutes
We will discuss your goals, areas of attention, and any health concerns.
We will discover what your Ayurvedic body type is (prakruti).
I will teach you how to work with your prakruti and sustain your natural balance.
You will receive a pulse, tongue and eye examination, in order to acertain which areas within your body need to be addressed and how to address them.
