We each have our own unique constitution physically, mentally, and spiritually and these hence have their own unique needs which change from season to season, climate to climate, and are even considerate of time of day.
How you feel mentally and physically in the morning is much different than how you feel at the end of a day. How your body reacts to the Pacific NW climate will be different than if you were in Arizona, India, or Hawaii.
