Shirodhara

Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurveda treatment of India which completely relaxes and restores the body by treating the pineal and pituitary gland balancing the autonomic nervous system.. Freshly prepared herbal medicated oil, ghee, or milk is heated then pours from a copper vessel in a continuous warm soothing stream onto the forehead. The warm oil gently runs through your hair as you’re given a head and facial massage. Each treatment last between 30 to 45 minutes and is recommended for a duration of 7 consecutive days.

Shirodhara is excellent for insomnia, anxiety, MS, arthritis, low back pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, general body ache, nervousness, constipation…It replenishes dryness, roughness, thinness, excessive movement, constricted or contracted tissues or channels and re-nourishes all bodily tissues. 7 Days $400. 00 or 1 session for $60.00

Tarpana Eye Treatment

Tarpana is a very soothing eye treatment that increases vision, decreases light sensitivity, eye pain, glaucoma, and helps with a number of eye conditions. We make our own medicated herbal oil for each treatment. It is warmed and gently applied to the eyes allowing them to absorb the necessary nourishment needed. Tarpana is a highly effective treatment for most eye disorders, restorative of the mind and anxiety, and overall feels nourishing and restorative to body and mind.. Treatments are performed consecutively for 7 to 14 days. 7 days $350

Pinda Swedam

Pinda Swedam is a detoxifying and nurturing herbal compress. Herbs selected individually for your body type or focus of treatment are cooked in medicated oil and wrapped in cloth then applied to the body. The herbs pull out toxins while replenishing the body with fresh nutrients. The boluses are continuously changed with warm ones as we continue to prepare them throughout the treatment. Recommended for a period of 7 to 10 consecutive days. Treatment cost various due to price of herbs needed and required duration.

Katti Basti (Low Back Bath)

This is an amazing treatment that dramatically decreases pain in the low back, assists with sciatica, slip disc, mm stiffness, mm spasms etc.. Warm freshly prepared herbal oil is poured into a damn made of chickpea flour on the small of your back. The oil absorbs into the skin nourishing the muscles, nerves, and tissues. The absorption of oil allows for toxins to become dislodged while allowing the assimilation of the herbs and nutrients into the tissue. This treatment includes a pre oil and sauna treatment. Treatments range in duration. 7 days $350.00 or $60.00 individually

Uterus Basti (Uterus Bath)

Uterus Basti is the same as the Katti Basti but is done over the uterus. It greatly reduces pain and cramping, assist in removing of stones, nourishes the urinary system as well as the female reproductive system. Treatment duration varies per person and intensity of condition. 7 days $350.00

Joint Basti (Joint Bath)

Recommended in combination with Shirodhara, a dam made of chickpea flour is constructed around the affected joints. Freshly prepared medicated ghee or oil is heat and soothingly poured into the damn soaking the joint in warmth and moistness. The oil absorbs into the joints helping to nurture the joint capsule that has begun eroding from dryness within the joint.

Basti (Medicated Enemas)

70% of all diseases, conditions and/or imbalances can be handled by Basti treatments. The colon and large intestines main function is to gather wastes, un-usable substances and toxins then eliminate them from the body. Over time these toxins accumulate here and then spread to other areas causing disease. Bastis, medicated enemas, are a series of freshly prepared medicated decoction and oil enemas which eliminate these accumulated toxins within the colon and then completely re-nourishes the tissue. Basti is not colonics which only pressure washes the intestinal lining. Bastis do more than cleanse the lining, but through careful preparation, proper herbs and freshly prepared medicated oils, and specific timing, restores the quality of tissues and greatly increases the quality of function. Basti require one week of pre-treatments to draw toxins that have spread to other parts of the body back to the colon and prepare for elimination. Prices vary on length of treatment and herbs needed.
