Inner Silence Studio is a sanctuary of healing and learning offering time proven practices from the ancient healing systems of India. Utilizing Ayurveda, yoga, massage, diet and detoxifications, we provide a complete package of services to help restore and sustain the health of your body and mind. We recognize health and spirituality as a natural synergistic whole; what affects one will naturally affect the other.

Our goal is to assist you with restoring and maintaining your well being. We also aim to fully educate and empower you by giving you the ability and awareness to sustain your own optimal state of health and happiness by putting the control back into your hands.

We are located at the Common Grounds Everett House in SE Portland. We are honored to be a part of this beautiful community of healers who have served Portland since 1978.
